Curse of the Beast by , Summary

While hiking in a remote region of Siberia, two young brothers discovered a sanctuary hidden deep in a cave. Contained within the sanctuary was a graven image carved from black granitethat of a great-horned beast. Lying atop an altar at the foot of the beast was an ancient leather-bound testament, which the brothers retrieved and brought back to the monastery, where they lived with their guardian-priest, Father Kirov. He had no idea what dark secrets it would unlock when its writings were translated, describing a covenant made between a young warrior king and the living beast who rose from the depths of hell.

The Curse of the Image by Betty F. Qualls Summary

If used by those left behind after the Rapture of the Church, "The Curse of The Image" Handbook, will take the reader step by step through the events described in the Bible. It will reveal the plan that Satan has, to use the Image people have come to know as Christ, and how Satans plan will be implemented before the second coming of Christ. Scriptures are provided in order that one can check for validity. Not a subject widely discussed, the practice of the veneration of carved statues and pictures unwinds like a scarlet thread down through the ages of church history. Some Christians arent aware the practice is Idolatry. The writer gives examples with Scripture backup, to aquaint the reader with the wide-spread practice and how important it will be to know as much as we can about the Mark of The Beast. If you have children or other loved ones who are not saved, get them a copy of this book. It may be the only hope they will have if they are left behind. There are years of prayer concerning this book. The writer knows this may be controversial. Her oldest son said of the writing, "Mom if you publish this book, the church world will crucify you." That may figuratively come to pass. However, the writer feels its necessary to bring this revelation to the attention of the public. Saint or Sinner this is the book for you, along with your Bible. The writer strongly encourages all who read the book to have a Bible at their side because, the Holy Bible is the last authority by which all are to be judged. The writer prays that the reader will read and research the subject, for there is much more to be brought to the attention of the masses concerning the Rapture of the church and the second coming of the Lord. In all this she has been diligent to pray and study for some twenty years on this subject. If one soul is snached from the greedy hands of Satan, the writer feels she will have been successful in this endeavor. THIS IS NOT A WORK OF FICTION:

Revelation by Allen Daves Summary

The book of Revelation offers us an interesting theological dilemma. It states Rev 22:16. I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. Revelation also states it is “the true sayings” of Jesus and that it is “the testimony of Christ”. If this is not “the gospel of Jesus Christ” then what is it and should we consider it accursed testimony of an angel? If it is not to be considered accursed, then it cannot be some other gospel message then what was already given previously. However, this is the conundrum, for if this is the gospel message, then why do so few understand it? There is a possibility which few consider but is the overall thesis of this apology. The reason people don’t understand revelation is because they never understood what the gospel message was in the first place! In that case, where does that put those who claim it is not essential for salvation? Do you not find it quite curious that the most "Personally" given NT book By Jesus himself, is the least understood and given the least importance for Salvation in Christendom?....There are numerous preachers and bible exegetes but as Paul said “... I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge” . Most who profess the name of Christ are feeding on doctrines of devils and the ignorant.. There are, without question, many “qualified” teachers and scholars with many years of “dedication” and “solid education”. However, teachers, no matter how well lettered or numbered in degrees; if obtained from others; who are just as equally ignorant in such matters, are just “ blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”

Beauty by Robin McKinley Summary

The New York Times–bestselling author of Rose Daughter reimagines the classic French fairy tale of Beauty and the Beast. I was the youngest of three daughters. Our literal-minded mother named us Grace, Hope, and Honour. . . . My father still likes to tell the story of how I acquired my odd nickname: I had come to him for further information when I first discovered that our names meant something besides you-come-here. He succeeded in explaining grace and hope, but he had some difficulty trying to make the concept of honour understandable to a five-year-old. . . . I said: ‘Huh! I’d rather be Beauty.’ . . . By the time it was evident that I was going to let the family down by being plain, I’d been called Beauty for over six years. . . . I wasn’t really very fond of my given name, Honour, either . . . as if ‘honourable’ were the best that could be said of me. The sisters’ wealthy father loses all his money when his merchant fleet is drowned in a storm, and the family moves to a village far away. Then the old merchant hears what proves to be a false report that one of his ships had made it safe to harbor at last, and on his sad, disappointed way home again he becomes lost deep in the forest and has a terrifying encounter with a fierce Beast, who walks like a man and lives in a castle. The merchant’s life is forfeit, says the Beast, for trespass and the theft of a rose—but he will spare the old man’s life if he sends one of his daughters: “Your daughter would take no harm from me, nor from anything that lives in my lands.” When Beauty hears this story—for her father had picked the rose to bring to her—her sense of honor demands that she take up the Beast’s offer, for “cannot a Beast be tamed?” This “splendid story” by the Newbery Medal–winning author of The Hero and the Crown has been named an ALA Notable Book and a Phoenix Award Honor Book (Publishers Weekly).
